MOLSUGAR™ S is an organic compound with the formula C₁₂H₁₉Cl₃O₈ widely recognized as Sucralose. Sucralose is a zero-calorie artificial sweetener that is approximately 600 times sweeter than sucrose. It is extensively used in the food and beverage industry as a direct sugar substitute in beverages, baked goods, dairy products, confectionery and other reduced-calorie or sugar-free formulations.
